Job summary

Keenfinity invites applications for an Accounting Intern to support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks in a dynamic, international environment. You will gain hands-on experience with invoices, GL, reconciliations, and financial controls while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset and a precise, organized work approach.
• Available to start in February 2027 for a 6-month internship.
• Available for 32–40 hours per week.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Hybrid setup with 2–3 days per week in Eindhoven.

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming invoices, payments, and basic accounting entries.
• Supporting the maintenance of sub-ledgers and the general ledger (GL).
• Performing account checks, reconciliations, and routine financial controls.
• Ensuring financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Assisting with day-to-day accounting and administrative activities within Finance.
• Collaborating with Finance colleagues to resolve discrepancies.
