About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join one of our Clients on a major Oil & Gas project at the port of Rotherdam, Netherlands. The role involves supervising, inspecting, and ensuring the proper installation, service, and repair of HVAC systems in line with engineering standards and safety requirements.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Install, service, and repair environmental control systems in industrial and commercial facilities, applying knowledge of refrigeration theory, pipefitting, and structural layouts.
• Mount compressor and condenser units on platforms or floors using hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and chassis components using portable metalworking tools and welding equipment.
• Connect motors, compressors, temperature controls, humidity controls, and circulating ventilation fans to control panels, and connect control panels to the power source.
• Inspect and oversee the installation and servicing of air conditioning systems ranging from 15 to 20 tons cooling capacity, including applications in warehouses and factory buildings.
• Verify compliance with approved procedures, specifications, safety regulations, and applicable codes and standards throughout installation and testing phases.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of operational experience in HVAC installation, service, and maintenance (industrial/commercial projects).
• Strong knowledge of central and window air conditioning systems, and refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• Proven experience working on large-scale industrial projects; Oil & Gas experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC standards and codes (ASHRAE, ISO, API, NFPA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
