The Role

We’re hiring a Warehouse Operative & HR Administrator a hybrid role that blends warehouse duties with HR support.

Most of your week will be spent in the warehouse picking, packing, and supporting operations. But you’ll also dedicate time to HR administration, inductions, absence and time tracking, and helping embed our culture and training commitments.

What You’ll Do

In the Warehouse (approx. 70%):

  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders using scanners and WMS.
  • Receive, check, and store stock accurately.
  • Support with stock counts and quality checks.
  • Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and efficient.

In HR (approx. 30%):

  • Support inductions and onboarding of new colleagues, working with our Training team.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in Rippling.
  • Track probations, absence, and return-to-work forms.
  • Assist with mandatory training compliance checks.
  • Contribute to engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Draft HR letters and help coordinate communication with our external HR consultants and internal HR team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident communicator who handles information with discretion and respect, in line with Airbox's values.

Bonus Points

  • HR admin or training support experience.
  • HR qualifications - this is not mandatory as we plan to formally train you in employment law.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Rippling or other systems).
