Job summary

CLdN is seeking an HSE Support Officer to ensure that safety and quality systems operate effectively within a dynamic port environment. You will maintain the HSE management system, support audits, incident management, and KPI reporting, turning safety policies into practical actions across dock and office settings.

The role offers hands-on exposure in a complex operations environment, with opportunities to improve processes, drive safety culture, and ensure regulatory compliance across maritime

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with HSE systems and processes
• Experience in setting up and maintaining management systems
• Experience with incident management and investigations
• Familiarity with automated incident management tools

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the HSE management system
• Coordinate RI&E processes and audits
• Prepare and analyze KPI reports and incident data
• Manage and optimize the incident management system
• Support incident investigations and follow-up
• Develop and support HSE awareness and campaigns
