Job summary

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. seeks a Recruiter Intern to manage the end-to-end internship recruitment for the I&T Internship Desk. You will draft vacancies, screen CVs, and connect with managers to select interns.

You will also assist onboarding and contribute to improving recruitment procedures while engaging in CASt activities and university projects within a hybrid, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR/related field at a Dutch university.
• Strong interest in recruitment and other HR domains.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• You are a team player and adaptable to new environments.
• You can start late February/early March 2026.
• You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Draft and post internship vacancies online.
• Screen CVs and cover letters.
• Identify suitable candidates for ABN AMRO internships.
• Maintain communication with hiring managers.
• Assist with onboarding of new interns.
• Help improve recruitment processes at the I&T Internship Desk.
