Job summary

Group AQ seeks an HR Professional in the Netherlands to manage day-to-day HR operations for our Dutch organization. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR processes run correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with Dutch legislation.

You will work independently, take initiative and handle both operational and administrative HR tasks, with 3–5 years of HR experience and a hands-on, discreet, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in HR.
• Knowledge of Dutch employment law.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Hands-on mentality and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of personnel administration.
• Preparing and processing changes for payroll administration.
• Proper management of personnel files.
• Managing time registration and absences in Protime.
• Managing and following up on HR processes in Cobra.
• Managing employment conditions and employee insurance schemes, including pension, sickness absence and accident arrangements, together with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Advising managers on HR-related matters.
• Following up on sickness absence, leave and reintegration processes.
• Ensuring compliance with Dutch employment law.
• Optimizing and professionalizing existing HR processes.
