Job summary

Dapper is a fast-growing B2B marketing agency in Rotterdam, offering an HR internship to develop a people-first mindset. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience while supporting a culture where everyone can do their best work.

This internship is for students based in the Netherlands, ready to work full-time for 5–6 months, starting between October and November. You’ll collaborate with the People Operations team and get exposure to modern recruitment

Qualifications

• You must be registered as a student for the duration of the internship.
• You are based in the Netherlands.
• You communicate confidently in Dutch and English.
• You are available full-time to come to the office for 5–6 months.
• You can start between October and November.
• You enjoy speaking with people and building relationships.
• You are proactive, driven, and eager to learn.

You’ll build relationships with potential future colleagues throughout the recruitment process and, once they join, help ensure they have everything they need to get off to a great start.

From supporting onboarding and employee experience to contributing to our culture and day‑to‑day People Operations, you’ll play a key role in helping our team thrive.
