Do you have a passion for motorsports and HR? Then this is your chance! Van Amersfoort Racing is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to strengthen our office in Zeewolde.

About the role

As an HR Intern you will be actively supporting our HR Manager with different tasks. You will be able to gain valuable practical experience in a high-performance environment. You take responsibility and have a proactive attitude towards taking charge of your own internship.

Responsibilities

• Taking care of the employee files
• Drawing up and processing contracts
• Setting up plans to improve current HR processes and policies
• Coordinating and performing administrative tasks for internal HR policies and procedures
• Daily HR related tasks

About you

• You are following a relevant HBO-education (f.e. HRM, Business or something similar)
• You are available from August/September onwards for an internship. Ideally you would be available at the start of the summer holiday.
• You have an eye for detail, and you work in an organised manner.
• Minimum of 5 months availability.
• Excellent communication and writing skills both in English and Dutch.
• You live nearby Zeewolde or can easily get to our office.
