Thanks to the rapid growth of our company, we are looking for an HR advisor to strengthen the HR team. In this position, you will be a point of contact for all HR-related subjects.

As an HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Advising on HR issues at all levels within the organization;
2. Managing complex absence cases;
3. Managing personnel flow;
4. Optimizing personnel policies;
5. Monitoring the correct application and compliance with laws and regulations;
6. Co-responsibility for the monthly payroll;
7. Maintaining contact with employees and external service providers such as payroll processors, insurers, and health and safety (arbo);
8. Preparing and executing salary and personnel administration.
