Job summary

All About Work is seeking an HR Advisor to temporarily cover a colleague in a dynamic HR environment. You will support the Den Bosch district and work with another advisor for four teams, acting as a trusted partner for managers and contributing to a wide range of HR matters within a large, complex organization.

You will work independently while collaborating closely with others and will contribute to strengthening HR services. The role includes 50% at a police bureau and 50% from home.

Qualifications

• Requires HBO-level work and thinking capabilities.
• Independent and can navigate a complex organization.
• Strong networking to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with team leader on HR issues.
• Act as first point of contact for managers in the district Den Bosch.
• Support four teams with HR advisory.
