EW Facility Services seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor for NH Atlanta Rotterdam to lead the housekeeping team, ensure high room standards, and coordinate daily cleaning operations. The role supports a prominent hotel in Rotterdam with a focus on guest comfort and efficient service.

The 8-month contract includes a probation period and a potential permanent contract, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00 and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability from Monday through Sunday, including at least two weekends per month.
• Experienced housekeeping professional with leadership skills.
• Able to communicate in Dutch and/or English.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
• Living in Rotterdam or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Create daily schedules and distribute tasks.
• Inspect guest rooms and take corrective action when needed.
• Lead, support, and motivate team members.
• Maintain communication with the front office regarding room status and requests.
• Assist with cleaning duties when required.
