Bunk Utrecht is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team of housekeepers in our Utrecht centre. You’ll ensure rooms are spotless and guest-ready, stepping in for busy times to assist with cleaning tasks, while guiding the team to deliver high standards for every check-in.

Your role blends leadership with hands-on duties, focusing on detail, guest interaction, and smooth operations in a unique hostel-hotel setting. This is a hands-on supervisory position with a strong guest-service element.

Housekeeping Supervisor at Bunk Utrecht

In the centre of Utrecht, you’ll find Bunk. Our hotel features 45 rooms and a hostel area comprised of unique and innovative pods, where we host guests from all over the world for an affordable price. And not just guests from far away, but locals, too. But neither a hotel nor a hostel is anything without the people who keep it running: our housekeepers are what makes our world go ‘round.

About You

You’re a responsible person, and are happy to be responsible for keeping the rooms clean while working alongside your team. You don't mind rolling up your sleeves and helping the team clean rooms when it's busy. As this position combines leadership with hands‑on housekeeping duties. The devil is in the details, and you are someone who has an expert eye for them. If your team forgets something, you can spot it from a mile away and make sure that it gets done – from never missing a dusty corner to making sure soaps and shampoos aren’t missing even a single pump, nothing escapes you. You get things done, and with your motivation and guidance, you and your team ensure that everything is clean and ready when check‑in time comes around. Spiderman has got nothing on you, either– you’re not afraid of challenges or heights and you can climb the small ladder to our pods without breaking a sweat. While you might be a neat freak, you’re even more of a people person, and love some quick chats with guests that you meet in the halls throughout the day.
