EW Facility Services in Delft zoekt een Housekeeping Supervisor die de teams op meerdere hotels aanstuurt, de dagelijkse roosters opstelt en zorgt voor een schone, gastvrije omgeving.

Je beschikt over ervaring in de schoonmaakbranche, leiderschap of toezicht, en bent flexibel beschikbaar incl. Weekenden. Het aanbod omvat een 8-maanden contract met kans op vast, een brutoloon vanaf €16,70 per uur, reiskostenvergoeding en ontwikkelmogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in de schoonmaak- of hospitalitybranche vereist.
• Leidinggevende of toezichthoudende ervaring gewenst.
• In Delft of omgeving wonen of reizen tussen locaties mogelijk.

Responsibilities

• Dagelijkse schema's opstellen en taken toewijzen.
• Kamers en openbare ruimtes inspecteren.
• Teamleden coachen, motiveren en ondersteunen.
• Verbeterpunten signaleren en waar nodig corrigeren.
• Communicatie onderhouden met receptie en hotelmanagement.
• Desgewenst mee schoonmaakwerk verrichten.
• Zorg dragen voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en gastvrijheid.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are the key point of contact for the housekeeping teams across multiple hotel locations in Delft. You actively support cleaning operations, lead colleagues, and ensure that hotel rooms and public areas meet the highest quality standards.

No two days are the same. Thanks to your organizational skills, leadership, and attention to detail, operations run smoothly and guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparing daily schedules and allocating tasks
• Inspecting hotel rooms and public areas
• Coaching, motivating, and supporting team members
• Identifying improvement opportunities and taking corrective action when needed
• Maintaining communication with reception teams and hotel management
• Assisting with cleaning duties when required
• Ensuring quality, safety, and excellent guest service standards

Wij bieden

• A gross hourly wage starting from €16.70, depending on your experience*
• Salary paid every 4 weeks, giving you 13 payments per year
• Travel allowance from 20 kilometers per day (€0.14 per kilometer)
• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May
• 10% holiday hours accrual and a 5% end-of-year bonus
• 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday
• An 8-month employment contract with the prospect of a permanent position

Jij bent

• Flexibly available from Monday to Sunday
• Available to work at least two weekends per month
• Experienced in the cleaning industry
• Possess some leadership or supervisory experience
• Administratively skilled and well-organized
• Speak Dutch and/or English
• Independent, accurate, and quality-focused
• Living in Delft or the surrounding area, or able to travel easily between locations
