Job summary

EW Facility Services is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join Hilton Garden Inn Leiden. You will clean guest rooms and ensure a comfortable, welcoming stay for guests in a hotel setting.

Shift hours include mornings and afternoons; 10–20 hours per week with weekend availability. No formal experience required, training provided, and opportunities to progress within the hotel team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to work independently and be flexible.
• Willing to work weekends and varied shifts.

Join a friendly and international team at Hilton Garden Inn Leiden and help create an exceptional guest experience. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll ensure our hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest.

Your responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms to Hilton standards
• Change linens and make beds
• Clean bathrooms and replenish guest amenities
• Maintain a fresh, tidy, and welcoming environment

Your attention to detail helps guests feel at home from the moment they enter their room.

Working hours:

• Weekdays: 09:00 - 15:00
• Weekends: 10:30 - 17:00
• Additional hours available during busy periods and peak seasons.

Wij bieden

• €15.52 per hour (depending on your experience)*
• Get paid every 4 weeks - that means 13 paydays a year
• Travel allowance from 20 km per day: €0.14 per km
• 8% holiday money (paid in May so you can actually enjoy summer)

You:

• Live in or near Leiden
• Speak English and/or Dutch
• Have an eye for detail and work independently
• Are flexible and available to work at least 2 weekends per month
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
