Job summary

EW Facility Services is hiring for hotel cleaning roles in Delft. You will clean rooms, hallways, and the lobby, change bed linen, and refresh bathrooms and amenities. The schedule includes hours from 09:00 to 16:00 and 15 to 20 hours per week, with opportunities for growth to supervisor roles.

Starting gross hourly wage is €15.52 for employees aged 20 and over, with travel allowance eligibility and various benefits. Training and development are available to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Flexibly available and willing to work different days and shifts.
• Able to work independently and communicate in Dutch and/or English.
• Detail-oriented and enjoy working in a clean environment.
• Living in Delft or the surrounding area.
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms, hallways, and the lobby.
• Change bed linen.
• Clean bathrooms and furniture.
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Refill guest amenities such as soap and shampoo.

We offer

• Gross hourly wage starting from €15.52, depending on your work experience*


• Salary paid every 4 weeks, resulting in 13 payments per year


• Travel allowance from 20 kilometres per day of €0.14 per kilometre


• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May


• 10% holiday hour accrual and 5% year-end bonus


• 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday

Your job

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that guests enter a fresh and clean room every day. You will:

• Clean hotel rooms, hallways, and the lobby


• Change bed linen


• Clean bathrooms and furniture


• Vacuum and mop floors


• Refill guest amenities such as soap and shampoo

Working Hours & Days
