Job summary

EW Facility Services in Delft is hiring part-time hotel cleaners to maintain bright, welcoming guest rooms and public areas. You will clean rooms, change linens, tidy bathrooms, vacuum floors, and restock amenities. Flexible shift days (Mon–Sun) and daytime hours (09:00–16:00) cater to a 15–20 hour week.

No prior cleaning experience is required, but helpful; candidates living in Delft or nearby are preferred. A positive, detail-oriented approach ensures guests have a great experience.

Qualifications

• Willing to work flexible days and shifts.
• Living in Delft or surrounding area.
• Able to communicate in Dutch and/or English.
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean hotel rooms, hallways, and the lobby.
• Change bed linen.
• Clean bathrooms and furniture.
• Vacuum and mop floors.
• Refill guest amenities such as soap and shampoo.

We offer

• Gross hourly wage starting from €15.52, depending on your work experience*


• Salary paid every 4 weeks, resulting in 13 payments per year


• Travel allowance from 20 kilometres per day of €0.14 per kilometre


• 8% holiday allowance, paid in May


• 10% holiday hour accrual and 5% year-end bonus


• 26 vacation days based on a full-time contract, plus an extra day off on your birthday

Your job

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that guests enter a fresh and clean room every day. You will:

• Clean hotel rooms, hallways, and the lobby


• Change bed linen


• Clean bathrooms and furniture


• Vacuum and mop floors


• Refill guest amenities such as soap and shampoo

Working Hours & Days

• Flexible working days (Monday through Sunday)


• Working hours between 09:00 and 16:00


• 15 to 20 hours per week
