Job summary

Postillion Hotels is seeking a Head of Technical Services to oversee all technical maintenance for our hotel and convention centre. You will lead preventative maintenance, manage repairs, and act as the main contact for suppliers and internal teams.

You bring hands-on expertise and a polished, proactive approach to ensure smooth operations. You will coordinate with contractors, stay up to date with safety and regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining the highest

Qualifications

• Experienced technical worker with a track record in hotel maintenance.
• Resilient under pressure and able to stay calm when issues arise.
• Up to date with laws and regulations (e.g., legionella control, HACCP, MVP, NEN Standards, BHV, RI&E, ARBO).
• BHV diploma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform technical maintenance and repairs in the hotel and convention center.
• Plan, check and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to source solutions.
• Manage maintenance contracts and ensure timely addressing of issues.
