The Role: As a Host at 432, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment they enter. This role involves greeting and checking in clients, handling bookings, answering inquiries, and managing point-of-sale transactions. You will also play an active role in increasing sales by promoting memberships, upselling products and services, and encouraging clients to explore 432’s offerings.

This is a dynamic role for someone eager to grow within the 432 community, with the potential for career advancement if you demonstrate commitment and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting members, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in process.

• Sales & Membership Growth: Actively drive sales by promoting studio memberships additional services, and products, using effective sales strategies to achieve studio targets.

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to provide outstanding service, answer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, and resolve any issues or complaints. Assist with scheduling appointments and handling point-of-sale transactions.

• Workflow Coordination: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, booking systems, and coordinating with other team members to ensure efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Demonstrated experience in driving sales and managing memberships in a wellness or fitness environment.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage bookings, handle inquiries, and coordinate studio operations effectively.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
