Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group’s Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking a Sales Intern starting February 2027 to support the Regional Sales Team across multiple hotels. You will assist with proactive sales activities, research potential clients, and help run campaigns and commercial initiatives to gain hands-on experience in how sales drives hotel performance.

The role offers 38 hours per week for 6 to 10 months, matched to your study requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme, preferably in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch.
• Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and commercial strategy.
• Available to work up to 38 hours per week for a minimum of six months.
• You remain enrolled at your university for the full duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Assist in identifying and researching potential new clients using online tools and databases and assist in the first steps of outreach.
• Support the coordination of trade fairs, client events, and sales campaigns by preparing materials, managing logistics, and assisting with follow up
• Conduct basic market research to support sales strategy
