Honeybalm B.V. is seeking a creative Design Intern to join our fast-growing team in Eindhoven. You will design paid social statics, create new ad creatives, and adapt layouts to fit brand guidelines across markets.

Ideal candidates are graphic design students or recent graduates with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You’ll work closely with a hands-on team, receive feedback, and contribute to a growing lip care brand as it scales globally.

Qualifications

• Studying graphic design or a recent graduate seeking to start a design career.
• Portfolio demonstrates layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Proficient with Figma; comfortable with Photoshop/Illustrator; After Effects is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Fun to work in a hands-on team and accepts constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design paid social statics, including new creatives and variations of ads.
• Develop fresh iterations from high-performing ads.
• Fit translated copy into designs and adjust layouts as needed.

We're on the lookout for a creative and proactive Design Intern to join our fast‑growing team at Honeybalm. We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for design and a genuine love of bringing ideas to life, ready to get hands‑on with our paid creative.

Day to Day You'll Be…

• Designing paid social statics, including new creative and variations of existing ads
• Developing fresh iterations from ads that are already performing well
• Fitting translated copy into designs and adjusting layouts as needed
• Resizing and adapting creative across formats and markets
• Keeping everything consistent with Honeybalm's brand guidelines
• Taking feedback from the design team and turning it around quickly

We're Looking For Someone Who…

• Is currently studying graphic design (or a related field), or a recent graduate looking to kickstart their career
• Has a portfolio that shows they can handle layout, typography, colour and hierarchy — uni work, side projects or freelance
• Knows their way around Figma, and is comfortable enough in Photoshop, Illustrator and (After Effects is a bonus)
• Has a sharp eye for detail
• Can work within brand guidelines and apply them consistently and thoughtfully
• Loves working in a hands‑on team environment and taking constructive feedback
