Join our team as a Helpende at Scharwyerveld in Maastricht

We are looking for a Helpende to join our team at Scharwyerveld in Maastricht. As a Helpende, you will be responsible for assisting our residents with their daily lives, including activities such as getting in and out of bed, dressing and undressing, sitting and standing, moving and walking, combing their hair, cutting their nails, and shaving.

You will also assist with eating and taking medication. Our ideal candidate has a diploma in Helpende (MBO level 2) and is flexible, able to work weekends and holidays, and has a strong affinity with one of our target groups (psychogeriatrics, somatics, or rehabilitation).

In return, we offer a good pension scheme, irregularity allowances, a year-end bonus, and 237.4 vacation hours for a full-time contract. We also offer the opportunity to grow or further develop with our training offer, and a salary according to FWG 25 CAO VVT of €2,511.31 - €3,124.01 per month (depending on experience) based on 36 hours as a Helpende.
