Job summary

The Sustainable Boys are seeking a skilled heat pump technician to install and maintain heat pump systems for residential customers. You’ll act as a consultant on site, ensuring installations meet quality standards and customers’ needs, and you’ll provide clear explanations and aftercare support.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanic in installation technology, preferably with heat pumps or heating technology.
• CO Craftsmanship certificate and STEK/F-gases cat. 1 (or willingness to obtain).
• You work neatly, think with the customer and have a driver’s license B.
• Independent but also a team player who enjoys working with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Installing heat pumps on residential customers as if it were second nature.
• Perform maintenance work and ensure that plants are kept running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot failures and resolve them with your technical skills.
• Reassure customers with clear advice and explanations about their new sustainable systems.
• Deliver everything neatly and safely, because that’s what we stand for.
