Job summary

Adhdmc in Badhoevedorp zoekt een klinisch psycholoog (GZ) met ervaring in ADHD bij volwassenen. Je voert diagnostiek en behandeling uit en biedt CBT en psycho-educatie aan cliënten.

Je mentort collega’s, levert een bijdrage aan kwaliteit, beleid en innovatie, en participeert in een multidisciplinair team voor goede zorg. Een hybride werkomgeving en aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden staan centraal.

Qualifications

• GZ-registratie en BIG-registratie vereist.
• Ervaring met ADHD-diagnostiek en behandeling bij volwassenen.
• Mentorschap ervaring en samenwerking in multidisciplinair team.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Responsibilities

• Begeleiden bij opstellen en evalueren van behandelplannen.
• Verlenen van CBT en psycho-educatie.
• Mentorschap en peer consultatie voor collega's.
• Bijdragen aan kwaliteit, beleid en innovatie, zoals digitale zorg.
• Deelnemen aan multidisciplinair teamoverleg.

Job description

You carry out ADHD diagnostics, provide cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation, and mentor junior psychologists.

• Drawing up and evaluating treatment plans
• Cognitive behavioural therapy and psychoeducation
• Mentoring psychologists and providing peer consultation
• Contributing ideas on quality, policy and innovation, such as digital care
• Taking part in the multidisciplinary team meeting

What you'll bring

• Completed healthcare psychologist (GZ) training and valid BIG registration
• Experience in diagnosing and treating ADHD in adults
• Experience in mentoring colleagues
• A genuine interest in cognitive behavioural therapy
• A good command of Dutch and English
