Accenture is op zoek naar een Health & Public Services Strategy Internship in Amsterdam. Als stagiair werk je mee aan real client engagements en ondersteun je transformatieprojecten bij ministers, ziekenhuizen en justitie- en openbare veiligheid-instanties.

Je hebt een Master-opleiding in een relevant onderwerp en affiniteit met healthcare/publieke sector. 4–6 maanden, start February/March, met learning & development mogelijkheden en mentorship.

Qualifications

• Ingeschreven in een masterprogramma aan een Nederlandse universiteit voor de gehele stageperiode.
• Voorkeur voor studies in Healthcare/Life Sciences of Public/Business Administration, Political Science of gerelateerde disciplines.
• Affinity met healthcare of publieke sector; volgt tech-trends actief.
• Ambitieus, proactief, communicatief sterk en een teamspeler.

Responsibilities

• Samenwerken met consultants aan echte klantopdrachten.
• Ondersteunen van overheden, ziekenhuizen en publieke instellingen bij digitalisering.
• Verkennen van strategieën en voorstellen ontwikkelen; onderzoeken van systemen van klanten.
• Inbreng van ideeën en initiatief tonen om de stage optimaal te benutten.
• Onderdeel van Industry & Process-team bij Accenture NL.

Health & Public Services Strategy Internship - Amsterdam

Are you a Master's student and ready to combine your passion for digital innovation, healthcare and the public sector?

Internship duration

4 to 6 months, starting February or March.

What you'll do:

As an intern, you will collaborate with dedicated consultants on real client engagements, supporting organizations such as various ministries with national and international dependencies, (academic) hospitals and justice and public safety institutions in becoming more digital, agile, and future-ready.

You will gain practical experience with envisioning strategies while contributing to meaningful projects that create real value for our clients, delivering tangible benefits such as cost savings, handling cases more efficiently and quickly, or optimizing their processes.

What can you expect:

During your working internship, you will have the opportunity to shape your own experience and explore your personal interests. You'll be involved in a variety of projects, including business analyses, stakeholders and market analyses, assisting in the development of business proposals, and researching clients' systems and functionalities. You will also be encouraged to bring your own ideas and initiative, allowing you to challenge yourself and make the most out of your internship.

What we're looking for:

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a Master's program at a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship. Preferred study backgrounds include Healthcare/Life Sciences, as well as Public or Business Administration, Political Science, or closely related disciplines.
• Skills: Affinity with Healthcare or Public Sector; actively following the latest tech trends.
• Mindset: Ambitious & proactive, critical by nature, communicatively strong, and a team player.
• Bonus points: Involvement in extracurricular activities. For example, student organization involvement, Defensity College, Society College, De Kleine Consultant etc.
• Location: Amsterdam
• Languages: Native Dutch and English mandatory
