Job summary

Accenture Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Lead for the Health & Public Service (H&PS) Industry Group. You will oversee delivery of technology and transformation projects for public sector and healthcare clients, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring value delivery while aligning with Accenture’s sales, delivery, and growth goals.

You will collaborate with Strategy & Consulting and other Service Groups, applying data, AI, security, and cloud capabilities to drive

Qualifications

Relevant experience in technology project management, preferably in Health/Public Sector.
Strong understanding of regulatory environment and challenges in Health/Public Sector.
Consulting skills: financial acumen, structured/abstract thinking, problem solving, project management & communication.
Proven affinity with Digital/IT and technology.
Fluency in Dutch.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery projects with focus on business value, timelines, budgets, and quality.
Collaborate with Accenture groups on IT transformations and deliveries using data, AI, security and cloud.
Mentor and empower consultants within the H&PS Industry Group while aligning with sales and growth ambitions.
