Job summary

Philips Healthcare is seeking a senior leader to evolve talent management, way of working and the output of the R&D department Test & Release Interventional Applications. The role blends technical and clinical leadership to position you for a broader cross-functional R&D leadership team within the Image Guided Therapy (IGT) Systems business.

You will lead a high-performance team of 10-12 professionals in System Test and Design Verification, Validation & Product Release, reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master Degree in a technical or clinical field.
+6 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of international regulations & standards (FDA, IEC 62304, ISO13485, ISO14971).
Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Resource management to all project & department activities.
Motivate the team crafting & maintaining an inspiring and respectful work environment.
Competence Management of Design Verification & Validation.
Test automation strategy.
Algorithm validation.
Contribute to the Quality Management Processes & implement quality procedures.
Global alignment of department improvements & standard work with Bangalore organization.
Ensure release of products to the market is first time right.
Maintain relationships with cross-functional & external stakeholders.
