Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking a visionary Head of Product Solution Design to lead our design function, align user journeys with business goals, and deliver exceptional value to customers across fintech products.

You will manage a team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and design strategists while collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to drive innovative, user-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design with 4+ years in leadership.
• Experience designing digital fintech/crypto at scale.
• Strong portfolio in design strategy and end-to-end product design.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, researchers, and writers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end design process from discovery to UI.
• Implement design systems and ensure accessibility across platforms.
• Own user journeys and measure usability with KPIs.
