Job summary

Scrambly is seeking a Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy, and execution across the Scrambly portfolio. You will be the first product manager, defining direction, prioritizing initiatives, and driving outcomes that grow value for millions of users globally.

You will later build and lead a product team, collaborate with engineering, design, data, and monetization, and translate strategy into measurable growth, retention, and monetization impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management for consumer or mobile products.
• Led products through growth, with strategy, prioritization, and outcomes at scale.
• Experience scaling consumer products with large user bases.
• Defined and owned product vision and long-term strategy.
• Strong analytics using product analytics tools.
• Hands-on experimentation and data-driven development.
• Collaborated with designers on UX and user research.
• Familiar with GDPR/privacy requirements and compliance considerations.
• Strategic thinker with execution capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable in ambiguity and high-ownership environments.
• Leadership mindset with accountability.
• Fluency in English (B2+).

• Translate company goals into clear, actionable product direction.
• Identify user problems, market opportunities, and strategic bets.
• Continuously evaluate product-market fit across product areas.
• Align stakeholders around priorities and trade-offs.
• Lead continuous product discovery with research and data.
• Analyze analytics to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Balance short-term wins with long-term investments.
• Build a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
• Own prioritization, roadmaps, and delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, monetization, and leadership.
• Scale the product function as the company grows.
