Job description

About The Company

Scrambly is one of the fastest-growing adtech startups in the world, featured in the AppsFlyer Performance Index and Singular ROI Index in just 3.5 years.
We’re growing 250%+ YoY across revenue, team, product, and technology - fully bootstrapped and profitable.
We’re building the future of app discovery: a reward-powered alternative to the App Store and Google Play. Our loyalty-driven ecosystem connects millions of users with the world’s top apps and delivers unmatched, ROI-focused growth for mobile advertisers.
Our mission is to build a true alternative to traditional app stores - fueled by rewards and data - and create a new, performance-first growth engine for mobile app advertisers.

About The Role

As Head of Product at Scrambly, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution across the entire Scrambly product portfolio, including all current products and future apps we will build.
You will be the first and only product manager initially, fully responsible for defining product direction, prioritizing initiatives, and driving measurable business and user outcomes. Over time, you will build and lead the product function, hiring and managing product managers and establishing best-in-class product practices.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, monetization, and leadership to ensure Scrambly delivers exceptional value to millions of users globally while achieving its business goals.
Your ultimate responsibility is to ensure that Scrambly builds the right products, in the right order, for the right users, and that product decisions consistently translate into growth, retention, and monetization impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the product vision and long-term strategy for Scrambly.
  • Translate company goals into a clear, actionable product direction.
  • Identify key user problems, market opportunities, and strategic bets.
  • Continuously evaluate product-market fit across product areas.
  • Align stakeholders around product priorities and strategic trade-offs.
Product Discovery & Opportunity Identification
  • Establish and lead a continuous product discovery process.
  • Deeply understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors through research, interviews, and data.
  • Analyze product analytics, funnels, and behavioral patterns to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Formulate, validate, and prioritize product hypotheses tied to business outcomes.
Experimentation & Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Own the experimentation strategy (A/B tests, feature flags, holdouts).
  • Define success metrics and guardrails for experiments and initiatives.
  • Ensure learnings from experiments directly influence roadmap decisions.
  • Balance short-term wins with long-term product investments.
  • Build a strong culture of evidence-based decision-making.
Execution, Prioritization & Roadmapping
  • Own product prioritization across initiatives, balancing user value, business impact, and delivery cost.
  • Own product success metrics and ensure product strategy directly supports company growth, retention, and monetization goals.
  • Maintain and communicate a clear product roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
  • Ensure the product backlog reflects validated opportunities and strategic priorities.
  • Make and communicate tough trade-offs when constraints arise.
  • Drive initiatives from idea to impact, not just delivery.
Design, Engineering & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product solutions.
  • Ensure product requirements and context are clearly communicated.
  • Align teams around outcomes rather than outputs.
  • Collaborate with monetization, marketing, retention, and operations teams.
  • Act as the primary product counterpart to company leadership.
Product Organization & Leadership (Future Scope)
  • Build, hire, and mentor a high-performing product team as the company scales.
  • Define and evolve product management processes, principles, and standards.
  • Foster strong collaboration between product, design, engineering, and data.
  • Develop product managers into strong owners of their domains.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience owning complex consumer or mobile products.
  • Proven track record of leading products through significant growth phases, with direct responsibility for product strategy, prioritization, and outcomes at scale.
  • Hands-on experience scaling consumer products with large user bases (e.g. hundreds of thousands to millions of users), and managing the complexity that comes with scale.
  • Proven experience defining and owning product vision and long-term strategy, not just executing roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical mindset and deep experience with product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
  • Strong background in experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven product development.
  • Experience working closely with product designers on UX and user research.
  • Experience working with products subject to regulatory or privacy requirements (e.g. GDPR), and collaborating with legal or compliance stakeholders to translate constraints into product decisions.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, switching comfortably between vision and execution.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high-ownership environments.
  • Leadership mindset with clear accountability for outcomes, not just delivery.
  • Fluency in English (B2+).
What We Offer
  • A senior leadership role with full ownership of product direction.
  • The opportunity to define and shape the product vision of a global consumer platform.
  • Direct impact on growth, retention, and monetization for millions of users.
  • Close collaboration with founders and leadership.
  • The freedom to shape product direction and influence the future of Scrambly.
  • A fast-moving environment where strategy turns into execution quickly.
  • Competitive compensation and flexibility.
