Redcare Pharmacy, Europe’s No.1 e-pharmacy, seeks a Director, Internal Controls & Assurance to build and lead the IC&A function within a fast-growing, listed European company. You will own the enterprise Internal Control Framework and governance, reporting to the Chief Audit Executive.

As a second-line leader, you will set standards, challenge design, and provide evidence-based assurance to Management and the Board, while growing a small team and using GRC tools like AuditBoard/Optro across

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in internal controls, risk assurance, internal audit or comparable control environment.
• Proven track record of establishing or maturing an enterprise control framework across multiple domains.
• Advanced knowledge of control design, testing, evidence evaluation and remediation governance.
• Experience in a listed, regulated, international or complex environment.
• Healthcare, pharmacy, e-commerce or data-intensive environment experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Redcare Pharmacy's Internal Controls & Assurance function, including mandate, governance, operating model, priorities and team.
• Own and maintain the enterprise Internal Control Framework and control taxonomy across the company.
• Define assessment criteria, testing methodology and deficiency-rating framework.
• Oversee risk-to-control mapping and expansion into Finance, Technology, HR, Operations, Pharmacy, Quality, Compliance, Privacy, Security and Sustainability.
• Set annual assurance scope and plan; review significant control-design conclusions and remediation.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leadership, ERM, Internal Audit and External Audit.
• Provide dashboards and Management Assurance Reports to the Managing Board.
