The role involves transforming HR operations, enhancing employee self-service capabilities, and leading process standardization. As our temporary Head of HR Operations & Systems, you will lead the transformation of our HR operations. Your mission is to build a future-proof HR infrastructure by mapping and standardizing HR-processes, leveraging technology, and ensuring data integrity. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee and manager self-service capabilities to support our international expansion.
Bringing broad experience, you will lead the HR Operations team in this transformation and at the same time ensure they can independently run this after you leave. You will educate your successor from within the team as well.
