Job summary

Landal GreenParks GmbH seeks a Head of Asset Management to shape and execute the asset strategy for Landal’s international real estate portfolio. Job description

Als Head of Asset Management ben je onderdeel van het Development MT en verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de asset strategie van Landal’s (inte-r)nationale vastgoedportefeuille. Je kijkt naar de portefeuille als geheel en bepaalt hoe we de waarde van onze assets op lange termijn kunnen behouden en vergroten.

Je combineert strategie met stevige financiële en analytische scherpte. Daarbij geef je leiding aan het Asset Management team (FTE weergeven?) en werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen Project development, Operations, Finance, Legal en Procurement. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van een internationale assetmanagementstrategie én voor de vertaling daarvan naar concrete plannen en projecten. Ook de uitvoer en evaluatie maken onderdeel uit van jouw functie als Head of Asset Management.
