Ottolenghi in Amsterdam seeks a Head Chef to lead the kitchen with passion and precision, managing a 100-seat operation and developing seasonal, bold, produce-driven menus.

You will recruit, train, and mentor your brigade, balancing creativity with operational and commercial awareness while collaborating closely with front-of-house and hotel management to deliver an unforgettable guest journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, quality-led restaurant.
• Experience leading a 100-seat restaurant.
• HACCP Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen with passion, creativity, and precision.
• Recruit, train, motivate and performance manage all kitchen roles.
• Participate in refining our culinary concept.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Mentor and develop your brigade and collaborate with FOH and management.
