Hamilton Barnes is seeking a Hardware Deployment Engineering Team Lead to guide the EMEA deployment group while remaining hands-on with hardware bring-up, testing and troubleshooting across GPU, compute and storage infrastructure.

The role includes ownership of people, delivery and resource planning, shaping scalable deployment processes, automation, and data centre launches across the region, with flexible working arrangements.

Competenze

• Strong experience with server hardware, data centre infrastructure or large-scale systems deployment.
• Previous experience leading engineers through formal people management or senior technical/team leadership.
• Strong resource and capacity planning experience across multiple concurrent infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience across server hardware, Linux, firmware or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership skills, with experience driving complex technical issues through to resolution.

Join a fast-growing AI infrastructure company building large-scale GPU infrastructure across EMEA.

As Hardware Deployment Engineering Team Lead, you'll lead the EMEA deployment team while staying hands-on with hardware bring-up, testing and troubleshooting. You'll have real ownership across people, technical delivery and resource planning, while helping shape how the function scales.

You'll also drive better deployment processes, automation and tooling, with direct involvement in new data centre launches across the region.

Responsibilities
