Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking a hands-on Handyman / Allround Onderhoudsmedewerker in Amsterdam. This practical, mobile maintenance role covers multiple trades across premium retail locations, keeping sites safe, functional and well-presented.

You will carry out repairs, preventative and reactive maintenance, fix plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting as needed, and coordinate with store teams and contractors. A valid driving licence is essential and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a handyman or in facilities maintenance.
• Multi-skilled across general building trades.
• Practical, reliable and able to work independently.
• Valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general repairs and day-to-day maintenance across retail sites.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them quickly and safely.
• Work closely with store teams and external contractors when required.
• Keep maintenance records up to date and ensure health & safety standards are followed.
