Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Handyman / Allround Onderhoudsmedewerker to support premium retail locations across Amsterdam. You will perform general repairs, preventative and reactive maintenance, and basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.

You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with store teams and contractors, keep records, and ensure health and safety standards are met. A valid driving licence and English plus Dutch language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a handyman, maintenance, or facilities role.
• Multi-skilled with experience across general building maintenance.
• Practical, reliable, and confident working independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• A valid driving licence is essential.
• Fluent English and Dutch (B1-B2) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building repairs and day-to-day maintenance across retail sites.
• Complete planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them quickly and safely.
