Job summary

Dimass Group BV is expanding its operations team and seeks a hands-on manager to lead a team of order pickers and packers. You will collaborate with fellow team leaders to maintain KPIs, coach the team, and ensure safe, efficient workflows across shifts.

The role requires an MBO level 4 mindset with at least 2 years in a logistics leadership position, strong English skills, and advantageous Dutch proficiency. A pension plan and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 working and thinking level.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position (in logistics is an advantage).
• Good oral and written knowledge of the English language is a requirement.
• Good oral and written knowledge of the Dutch language is an advantage.
• You have good communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• You work accurately and are precise in following up on appointments.
• You have problem-solving skills and a helicopter view.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of order pickers & packers.
• Monitor the progress of daily operational processes and set priorities.
• Consult with fellow team leaders to ensure KPIs are met.
• Coach, motivate and guide your team.
• Ensure optimal staffing, productivity and deployment of your team.
• Instruct, inform and support employees to work safely, efficiently and according to standards.
