Job summary

Dimass Group BV, head-quartered in Haelen, is a growing fulfillment specialist handling warehousing, order picking, packing and shipping for web shops and B2B. We seek a hands-on team member to support the Team Leader in the pick and pack process and ensure KPI targets are met.

You will work full-time in shifts 7:00–23:30, communicating in English, and help improve stock administration while guiding new colleagues to work safely and efficiently within our standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a logistics position.
• You work very precisely and accurately.
• You can work independently and support colleagues.
• Good oral and written English is required.
• Dutch language is an advantage.
• Full-time availability in varying shifts between 7:00 and 23:30.
• Weekend availability with surcharge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader in managing the pick and pack process to guarantee KPIs.
• Support operational, administrative and coordinating activities within the team.
• Ensure correct stock administration in the system and perform stock checks.
• Instruct and support new employees to work safely and efficiently.
