Job summary

Responsibilities

• Guest Room Cleaning & Preparation: make beds, change linens, sanitize bathrooms, restock amenities.
• Public Area Maintenance: clean corridors, stairs, closets and dispose of trash.
• Laundry & Linen Management: transport soiled linens and restock clean items.
• Inventory & Supplies: restock cleaning products, linen, and amenities.
• Guest Service: respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Safety & Compliance: follow health and safety standards and report hazards.
• Quality Assurance: self-inspect and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Team Collaboration: communicate with teammates and supervisors.
