Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is recruiting a Guest Relations Employee for NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace. You will be the first contact for guests, ensuring a memorable stay and addressing needs across the guest journey.

You will uphold Brand standards, handle complaints professionally, and work with a diverse team to deliver extraordinary service in a landmark hotel setting.

Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

You ensure that the first contact with guests is made before their stay, you maintain this contact during the stay and even take care of the last contact after the stay. You recognize bottlenecks in the field of service (hotel-wide), you analyze this and you actively contribute to improving the service level. You do all this with your natural enthusiasm and charisma.

In addition, you are the point of contact in the event of complaints, and you are responsible for all correspondence on online review websites. Moreover, you ensure that the Minor Hotels Europe & Americas Quality Standards are complied with throughout the hotel.
