Job summary

Gradient seeks an SEO Specialist in Amsterdam to own SEO for one or more B2B clients within a Growth System. You will shape strategy, write briefs for content teams, and drive authority through technical and strategic SEO interventions.

You will work with a senior-led team, using AI-native tools, and engage stakeholders across performance, content, and analytics to deliver durable pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years hands-on SEO, with agency experience mandatory.
• Demonstrable B2B experience and ability to handle multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Turn analysis into a roadmap with priorities based on impact, effort and dependencies.
• Guard topical focus and build plans around B2B buying journeys and committees.
• Apply GEO principles in client plans and ensure entity consistency and citation readiness.
• Deliver angles and assets for PR partners to build brand and authority off-site.
• Report from GSC, GA4, Looker Studio, Semrush and Screaming Frog with interpretation.
• Build client relationships and explain choices to marketers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to broaden scope toward GEO, Digital PR or better integration with performance.
• Work AI-native on Gradient OS and share scalable approaches.
