Gradient, an Amsterdam-based Growth Systems agency, is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to own SEO for one or more B2B clients. You will shape strategy, write briefs for content, and steer GEO-driven outcomes within a senior team.
This role blends technical SEO with strategic content direction in a hybrid Amsterdam setup. You will work with a tight SEO group, collaborate across content, performance, analytics and strategy, and drive real pipeline impact by building authority and measurable
Qualifikationen
- At least 4 years hands-on SEO, including agency work.
- Dutch and English at professional level.
- Experience directing link-building or PR partners.
- Migration/redirect experience with SEO impact.
- B2B/enterprise SEO experience and client management.
Aufgaben
- Turn analysis into a prioritized roadmap with clear scope.
- Guide topical focus around B2B buying journeys.
- Apply GEO principles and measure AI traffic without hype.
- Coordinate with PR partners to build authority off-site.
- Report insights from GSC, GA4, Looker Studio, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Build client relationships and act as main contact for accounts.
