Hilton is seeking a Group, Conference and Events Sales Coordinator to drive bookings for group and events, ensuring memorable experiences for guests and maximizing hotel occupancy.

You will manage inquiries, coordinate events up to 80 delegates, build client relationships, and prepare contracts and proposals while using Delphi and OnQ systems. A strong hospitality mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate small and medium-sized events (up to 80 delegates), ensuring all client requirements are met from enquiry through handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and event agreements while ensuring accurate administration in Delphi and OnQ systems.
• Conduct client show rounds and provide outstanding service throughout the sales and event planning journey to ensure a positive customer experience.

As a Group, Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Coordinator, you’re not just securing and coordinating group event bookings – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities
