Job summary

Stage Entertainment Nederland seeks a Group Venue Director to drive operational excellence and commercial success across theaters. You will optimize front of house operations, events, sponsorships, and facilities while translating international strategy into local action plans.

Reporting to the COO, you will lead multinational teams, ensure financial discipline, and elevate customer experiences in a world-class theater company spanning Europe. Willingness to travel across Europe is expected.
