Qualifications

• Broad interest in strategy, client behaviour and organisational development.
• Innovative and inquisitive mindset.
• Currently pursuing a university degree in a relevant field.
• Professional Dutch language ability.

Responsibilities

• Carry out independent research in collaboration with The Next Organization.
• Develop and share insights contributing to client work and our organisation.
• Contribute to client projects by working one or more days a week as a working student.

Education

University degree in engineering & management, business economics, international business or strategic management
