Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or similar, graduating in 2025.
• Knowledge of C++ is required.
• Interest to specialize in C++ is required.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Git is required.
• Interest in the finance industry, preferably trading.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Ability to take ownership and work effectively in teams.
• Experience in software development in the financial industry is considered an advantage.
• Must be based in Europe at the time of recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Work on applications that support the core business of the company.
• Improve the proprietary trading platform by writing efficient code.
• Maintain existing systems focusing on low latency and stability.
• Work in small teams and follow agile practices.
• Collaborate daily with Trading and other relevant teams.
