Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and fluent business English.
- Experience in client-facing account management, B2B sales, or digital consulting using enterprise CRM.
- Strong understanding of Dutch market dynamics and GDPR.
Responsibilities
- Strategic onboarding: onboard new accounts with goal-driven digital ad strategies.
- Stakeholder outreach: regularly connect with executive decision-makers to show value.
- Campaign optimization: build, launch, and optimize Google Ads with bidding and creative testing.
- Analytics & reporting: interpret performance data to drive ROAS improvements.
- Pipeline management: document client interactions and keep CRM updated.
- Regional insights: share Dutch market trends to refine regional campaigns.
