Job summary

SIRE Life Sciences is assisting a leading biotechnology client in Breda to recruit a Quality Assurance Associate. You will be responsible for sampling, inspection, review, and release of incoming materials and packaging components in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment, ensuring quality and compliance while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

This onsite role is 24 hours per week (3 days) with flexible scheduling and Friday as a mandatory busy delivery day; standard hours are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Minimum three years in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
• Familiarity with GMP and GDP principles and their practical application
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) preferred

Responsibilities

• Sampling, inspection, review, and approval of incoming materials and packaging components
• Ensure all incoming materials meet procedural and quality requirements for release
• Collect data and communicate with internal teams or suppliers to resolve issues
• Perform additional sampling and damage inspections as needed
• Provide quality oversight during receipt and inspection to maintain compliance
