Job summary

WACKER, located in Amsterdam, is seeking a Technician QC Protein Analytics to perform laboratory testing and quality control in a GMP environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in both Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment.
• Resident of the Netherlands with valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Test intermediates, drug substance and drug product using techniques such as HPLC, spectrophotometry, SDS‑PAGE and ELISA.
• Analyze utility samples weekly using TOC, nitrates and conductivity.
• Test raw materials with FTIR, GC and other pharmacopoeia methods when applicable.
• Participate in validation studies for product‑specific methods.
• Participate in stability studies.
• Conduct general laboratory controls, including equipment maintenance, calibration, data review and quality documentation.
