Abacus Medicine Group is seeking a Project Lead to join the Center of Expertise in the Netherlands. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, establish clear processes, and preserve critical knowledge to enable teams to succeed.

You will lead projects from initiation to closure, define scope and timelines, and mentor colleagues through training materials and knowledge-sharing. A background in GMP-regulated environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working in a regulated environment is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Driving cross-functional collaboration across Operations and support functions.
• Coordinating stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Monitoring project progress, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and operational challenges.
• Facilitating workshops, meetings, governance forums, and status reporting.
• Supporting the development of training materials, guidance documents, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Contributing to GMP-related projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Strengthening collaboration and knowledge exchange across AMG sites.
• Driving standardization, efficiency, and best-practice implementation across the organization.
